The next step is often a pilot setup of the technology to be implemented. This is solely aimed at determining the feasibility and usefulness of the application for the organization. This allows, with minimal effort, to establish whether it is worthwhile to proceed. - Architecture and scaling
In parallel with the pilot setup we work on developing the architecture. In doing so we prepare the company for a large‑scale implementation. We validate the solution by creating various scenarios and together with the different departments. - Project management
The introduction of new technology or systems requires proper preparation and planning. Systems need to be connected to each other, data transferred, and staff trained. We help companies with the deployment and planning.
