While many have only recently encountered artificial intelligence, I have been focusing on it for over 10 years specifically dedicated to AI applications. I led an AI company for eight years and experienced the transition from theoretical models to working systems from the inside. This experience allows me to assess the feasibility of a project based on facts, not promises.

The gap between the boardroom and the server room is where most budgets disappear. Thanks to my background in both business economics and computer science, I speak both languages fluently. I look at AI through an economic lens — what is the return on investment? — while testing execution at the level of infrastructure, code, and architecture.
