While many have only recently come into contact with artificial intelligence, I have been focusing on it for 10 years specifically on AI applications. I led an AI company for eight years and experienced the transition from theoretical models to working systems from the inside. This experience allows me to assess the feasibility of a project based on facts, not promises.

The gap between the boardroom and the server room is where most budgets disappear. With my background in both business economics and computer science, I speak both languages fluently. I look at AI through an economic lens — what is the return on investment? — but I verify the execution at the level of infrastructure, code, and architecture.
