For a larger project at Essent, we built, among other things, an artificial intelligence robot. The project includes the integration of (live) chat via the website with both employees and an AI robot. Additionally, integration with CRM to record survey data.
For this, we used, among other things, Google’s Neural Network for natural language. A great API that Google itself also uses and has a high capability to interpret the content of a conversation. NetCare had to add a lot of functionality to this, such as self-learning and a nice feature that is especially useful in chat and provides links about products and services, so you quickly get the right information. The logic for learning is still a work in progress and mainly requires a lot of data to analyze.
The applications of our robot are very broad; we see many opportunities to continue with this topic. We are currently building our own chatbot for our MyVox demo site that can assist interested parties further. In the long term, we also want the robot to speak and it could be a pleasant and good conversational partner who is always helpful, never gets tired, and knows everything about the company, the products, and the employees.
In the meantime, we have further developed the artificial intelligence robot and integrated it into various websites; it helps with programming and is a full-time translator. You can talk to AIR via the live chat at the bottom, which automatically appears after 10 seconds. It knows the Internet inside out.
