For a larger project at Essent we built, among other things, an artificial intelligence robot. The project involves integrating (live) chat via the website with both employees and an AI robot. Additionally, it includes integration with CRM to capture survey data.
For this, we used, among other things, Google's Neural Network for natural language. This is an excellent API that Google itself uses and has a high capacity for interpreting the content of a conversation. NetCare had to add significant functionality, such as self-learning and a useful feature, particularly handy for chat, that provides links to products and services, ensuring you quickly receive the correct information. The learning logic is still a work in progress and primarily requires a large amount of data for analysis.
The applications for our robot are extensive, and we see many opportunities to build upon this subject. We are currently developing our own chatbot for our MyVox demo site to assist interested parties. Eventually, we aim to enable the robot to converse, making it a pleasant and effective dialogue partner that is always helpful, never tires, and possesses comprehensive knowledge about the company, its products, and its employees.
We have since further developed the artificial intelligence robot and integrated it into various websites; it assists with programming and functions as a full-time translator. You can communicate with AIR via the live chat that automatically appears at the bottom after 10 seconds. It knows the internet inside out.
