For a larger project at Essent, we built an artificial intelligence robot, among other things. The project involved integrating (live) chat via the website with both employees and an AI robot. Additionally, it included integration with CRM to record survey data.
For this, we used, among other things, Google’s Neural Network for natural language. A powerful API that Google itself uses and has a high capacity to interpret the content of a conversation. NetCare had to add a lot of functionality to it, such as self-learning and a useful feature that is particularly handy for chat and provides links to products and services, ensuring you quickly receive the right information. The learning logic is still a work in progress and primarily requires a lot of data for analysis.
The applications of our robot are vast, and we see many opportunities to further develop this topic. We are currently building our own chatbot for our MyVox demo site to assist interested parties. In the future, we want the robot to also speak, potentially becoming a pleasant and effective conversational partner that is always helpful, never tires, and knows everything about the company, its products, and its employees.
We have since further developed the artificial intelligence robot and integrated it into various websites; it assists with programming and functions as a full-time translator. You can talk to AIR via the live chat at the bottom, which automatically appears after 10 seconds. It knows the internet inside out.
We are therefore looking for market parties whom we can help improve their services. Interested? Contact us and schedule a no-obligation appointment. Get acquainted with AIR, our own artificial intelligence robot.
