Artificial Intelligence Robot (AIR)

Artificial Intelligence Robot

For a more extensive project at Essent we built, among other things, an artificial intelligence robot. The project includes the integration of (live) chat via the website with both employees and an AI robot. In addition, it integrates with CRM to capture survey data.

For this, we used Google's Neural Network for natural language, among other tools. This is a great API that Google also uses itself and has a high capability to interpret the content of a conversation. NetCare had to add a lot of functionality to this, such as self-learning and a neat feature that is especially useful for chat, providing links about products and services so you quickly get the right information. The learning logic is still a work in progress and mainly requires a lot of data to analyze.

The applications for our robot are vast, and we see many opportunities to take this topic further. We are currently building our own chatbot for our MyVox demo site to further assist interested parties. Eventually, we also want to give the robot a voice, creating a pleasant and capable conversation partner that is always helpful, never gets tired, and knows everything about the company, its products, and its employees.

In the meantime, we have further developed and integrated the artificial intelligence robot into various websites; it helps with programming and acts as a full-time translator. You can talk to AIR via the live chat at the bottom, which automatically pops up after 10 seconds. It knows the Internet inside and out.

Therefore, we are looking for market parties we can help improve their services. Interested? Get in contact touch and schedule a no-obligation appointment. Meet AIR, our very own artificial intelligence robot
