Artificial Intelligence Robot (AIR)

Artificial Intelligence Robot

For a larger project at Essent we built, among other things, an artificial intelligence robot. The project includes the integration of (live) chat via the website with both employees and an AI robot. Additionally, it involves integration with CRM to capture survey data.

For this, we used, among other things, Google's Neural Network for natural language. A great API that Google itself also uses, which has a high capacity for interpreting the content of a conversation. NetCare had to add a lot of functionality to it, such as self-learning and a nice feature that is particularly useful for chat, providing links to products and services so you can quickly get the right information. The learning logic is still a work in progress and requires a lot of data to analyze.

The applications for our robot are vast, and we see many opportunities to further explore this subject. We are currently building our own chatbot for our MyVox demo site to assist interested parties. In the long term, we want the robot to be able to speak, potentially becoming a pleasant and effective conversation partner that is always helpful, never gets tired, and knows everything about the company, its products, and its employees.

We have since further developed the artificial intelligence robot and integrated it into various websites; it helps with programming and is a full-time translator. You can talk to AIR via the live chat at the bottom, which automatically appears after 10 seconds. It knows the Internet like the back of its hand.

We are therefore looking for market parties that we can help improve their service delivery. Interested? Get in contact touch and make a no-obligation appointment. Meet AIR, our own artificial intelligence robot
